Sam Sprays gloss lacquer on a hollow form that he had previously colored. He first seals the wood with a lacquer sanding sealer, applies a spray lacquer, then wet sands to 6000 grit- then finishes by Sam Sprays gloss lacquer on a hollow form that he had previously colored. He first seals the wood with a lacquer sanding sealer, applies a spray lacquer, then wet sands to 6000 grit- then finishes by buffing the surface to remove any fine scratches. Buffing can be used to "cut back" the high gloss finish.
